I wrote this poem as a call to my body, to life and the universe to invoke LOVE, SURRENDER, ACCEPTANCE, GRATITUDE, BEAUTY & INNER PEACE. Try to imagine how your life and body would FEEL if you lived deeply connected to the magnificence of your body as it is now. Bodylove
Today I make a commitment
To nurture every part of me
I decided it was time
To love the body divine
I want to be free of obsession
I want to live without confession
That allows me to taste it all
To surrender and stand tall
To see that my body is delicious
Now what I love is me
My small breasts
My rounded plum
The dimple on my bum
My soft thighs
The warmth of my tummy
And my body so yummy
Now I can stand tall
Empowered to show it all
I’m not ashamed
I’m tired of naming blame
I don’t follow social standard
I am totally candid
I won’t allow you to dictate
I’m ending this ugly fate
With Bodylove it’s time to celebrate.
Let me guide all you Goddess gals
So we as one can enter
This beautiful space
Where your head’s in a tranquil place
Where your heart is full and complete
God you’ve got you to still meet
An alchemy for healing
A mantra for freeing
Our feminine power
Our sweet sacred flower
Bodylove is the key
To end all misery
I promise you it’s true
We can together pull through
It’s time for us to love our bodies
It’s time for us to know our passions
It’s time to be free
To unlock chains and dance with me
Oh woman now it’s time to live in ecstasy.
Bodylove is a new way of living
Bodylove is giving
Bodylove will bring you elation
It’s a pure sensation
To heighten every breath
Feeding all that you need
If there is only one thing that I do
It is to give this message to you
Let the channels of love open wide
So that the commercial space will subside
To make Bodylove’s miracle stride.
Then we will be free from addiction
We can celebrate in a new tradition
Let’s honor our creation
Indulge our temptation
It’s a powerful sensation
