The Bodylove Circle of Life – For Bliss, Beauty, Love & A Hot Bod!

There is no time like NOW to unveil my new wellness model for a juicy life and a hot bod! The US government has recently dismantled the food pyramid replacing it with a very large plate including grains and diary. EEK!! If I followed either the pyramid or plate I’d be most likely be fat and sick! I strongly suggest you don’t follow government eating guidelines if you want to be healthy and live a juicy life.

I don’t eat grains or dairy (apart from goats cheese) which I go into more detail in my new book. Now, please note that everyone’s body needs different things but considering that over 70% of people are fat and protein efficient (not carb or sugar efficient) and dairy has been linked to all sorts of diseases then perhaps you might want to reassess what you think is ‘healthy’! You maybe shocked to realize that what you are eating is actually quite harmful to your body and your health! Just because a big brand tells you it’s healthy and places a grazing cow on the cover does not mean it’s good for you. In fact it might be killing you. I most cases it’s just a marketing gimmick to get you hooked into believing your doing all the right things to get healthy when in fact you’re literally poisoning yourself! Read the label. Understand what you’re eating! Don’t believe everything these big companies tell you!

The Bodylove Circle of Life is based on energy, emotion, love, rest, movement, trust and nourishing foods. Notice that water is predominant fixture along with all the other supporting and vital mind set values to set a strong and formidable foundation for rocking health. The important thing to remember is that any type of food guide is just a GUIDE, and once we have evaluated the science we must tune into our bodies to ascertain what is best for us. That said, by eating whole foods from the Bodylove Diet and by clearing out the junk in my trunk energetically, I have healed psychically, physically and spiritually.

I know what works and I’m now free to live my live from worry or confusion about how and to eat. I literally don’t listen to all the related hog wash so many unfortunately buy into.

It can be overwhelming and confusing and in many cases you don’t get the results because what you’re eating and how you are feeling is creating pain and not pleasure in the body. As you can see, on the image that TRUST & RECEIVE is a high priority! This the main area women have fears around and in my opinion it’s one of the most crucial elements to master for a rocking bod and juicy life.

After 15 years of study and research, I know what is right for my body and the emotion and confusion about what to eat and how much is over! Woo Hoo! It’s given me a huge amount of inner peace because I can fully enjoy my food because I know it’s nourishing my body and spirit. Gone are the days, that I used to fear gaining weight, experienced guilt or utter confusion. Working with my lovely clients (loving referred to as Bodylove Babes) we work to set them free from fear of food, body image woes and toxic emotions to recreate their beliefs, reshape their bodies and to reinvent their relationship with themselves, others and finally the reality they are creating for themselves.
