There are only 21 days till my wedding! Woo hoo! I promised to share some of juicy tips on what I’m doing to prepare for my big day to look and feel fabulous! So what’s a girl to do when she’s pulled in five different directions – wedding, my coaching business, house renovation, my iTunes show – Love, Sex & Money, pitching TV shows, a book deadline and her own personal wellbeing?

PRIORITIZE, PLAN & THEN SURRENDER!

Like all of you, I’m extremely busy so I’ve had to prioritize and let go in order to stay sane, healthy and happy! How we manage our wedding kind of sums up how we manage life really! How’s that you ask? Well, we put so much hope, planning, time, money and energy into expecting it to turn out just how we planned it both with life and getting married! But when does everything ever go exactly as we envision it? Pretty much never.

I’ve learned that when you let go of perfection to become perfectly you life gets more rich and juicy! I’ve carried that ethos into my wedding preparations too! Of course I’m preparing for an awesome day but I’ve got a laisssez faire and a big dose of what will be will be, attitude going down! Honestly, I don’t know how else to do it unless I want to be a knotted ball of stress!

What I’ve found in my life is when I hold a clear vision and then allow synchronicity, energy and the universe to take over, that’s when plans work out better than you dreamed! When you hold on too tight and don’t let what needs to come in ENTER and what needs to go out, EXIT, life just doesn’t flow as well. Period. Trust me I used to push, control and force and after ten years of that hell, I decided to surrender and live with a lot more trust and that’s when life got grand, juicy and loved up. I’ve used this new groovy attitude in every area of my life and the more I practice it the better and more beautiful life becomes.

To top it off, we’re having the wedding ceremony at our house currently under renovation. Each weekend and most evenings are spent with a paint brush in hand or rushing around doing laundry and cooking for my fiancé and my father as they work like Trojans to get the house ready for our rocking wedding party. I’m very aware that this situation could be a catastrophe so I’m upping the anti on self-care.

Note to self: Do NOT renovate a house whilst preparing for a wedding!

I’m manifesting being The Bodylicious Bride by following the Bodylove Diet. I naturally have a ‘sharing is caring’ nature so part of my regime is focusing a bit more on ME!

I think this is pretty much a constant in all of our lives despite our circumstances. We do our best to balance it all and sometimes we rock it and others times everything gets a little crazy. So today, I’ll do a bit of work and then stop at 3pm SHARP. I will do my best and get in a good dose of rest by doing what I need to do in a deliberate, conscious and playful way. I will slow down to speed up, ensuring that I don’t get sick cause I’m running on empty! Now, that’s no good for anyone’s beauty baby!

In my past life I was addicted to speed. Not the drug you put in your mouth but the fast moving rocket speed life I created. My huge learning was to TRUST & RELAX and not has those two new features in my life improved my energy but it’s also made me a manifestation mojo and weight loss Queen! How fabulous!

My life has never been easier or more pleasure filled! I have more of what I want with ease! Go figure! But in actuality it’s really a science and not some fluke. It’s a combo effect of the law of love, intention, energy, emotion and food, all working in harmony together for rocking health on every level. Sometimes, I might have a slight wobble but I know myself and my body and I listen when it says – TIME OUT! I learned this the hard way so now I really do live it. When I was at my worst I could barely function. That’s what high stress, fear and adrenal fatigue can do to a girl. So start loving your body by being kind. Trust yourself and it’s wisdom. That will never fail you. Not listening will.

THE BODYLICOUS BRIDE by BODYLOVE DIET:

Step One – Intention:

Create your vision by asking yourself what you want? Write it down for clarity. It’s just like planting a seed then all you need to do is water it with love and action!

I set a clear intention around what I want to create on my wedding day. In my invitation, I clearly stated to ‘bring your dancing shoes’ because I want to create and communicate a sense of celebration and playfulness. I’m deliberating letting everyone know that the wedding is not a stuffy affair and to let the good times roll!

I’m visualizing the energy, the space, the outfit, the food, the energy of the catering staff and setting clear energetic boundaries with family and loved ones.

Step Two – Energetic Boundaries:

Everyone’s stuff is their business to deal with, not yours!

If you really want to be healthy, you must energetically and emotionally step back. Instead of being fragmented in lots of little pieces with your energy and attention all over the place, you come home to your body and reclaim your focus, energy and deliberate creation = manifestation mojo!

In order to stay grounded and to effectively manage everything I have on my plate, I need to effectively manage what I take on an my expectations. This is a special time for my partner and I and in order for me not be an exhausted mess at the time of my wedding, I have no time for drama or being at everyone’s beck and call. So sometimes, I need to cull my to do list and do less to be kind to myself. What can you do to focus more on you?

GIVE TO YOURSELF TO FUEL YOUR SOUL!

I can be a giver but at this time I really need to give to myself and to the wedding. When people want my time or I sense a freak out coming from someone I love, I stand in my power energetically, smile and say something loving and reassuring and move on, focused on what I need to do and how I want to feel. If we work from the premise that thoughts become things, I certainly don’t want to be buying into everyone else thoughts and emotions!

The remedy is to send love to all and to myself and then disconnect and focus on my intention: peace, happiness, abundance and feeling fabulous and looking fabulous.

Step – Three Clarity = Simplification:

Once you have clarity and you know what you want the universe will bend over backwards to give it to you.

The vital step for me was knowing pretty much exactly what feeling and energy of the day I wanted to create and then I let go. From how I want to look and feel to how the food tastes, I know what I’m creating. The really important aspect for my partner and is the energy of love, celebration and friendship! The rest is not really that important.

Because I am very clear about what I want everything is falling into place and all sorts of other gifts, blessing and surprises are coming my way. From choosing the catering company to the makeup and hair artist and photographer I’m using, each person has a great vibe and is in alignment with our big day!

Step Four – Let Things Go, Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself & Prioritize

I need to watch my health and so I prioritize my nourishment. It’s not a luxury but a necessity. I don’t want to be exhausted for the big day so I decided that everything must be done with the house one week prior to the wedding to give me time to chill, breathe and do some delicious girl pampering.

After a weekend of back to back renovation I need me some BIG CHILL TIME, only I have my book to write and a list a mile long. Have you ever experienced a similar dilemma? I’m sure you have!

I’ve had to let my book writing go a little in order to focus on preparing the wedding and that was big for me. Not feeling like I had to get it all completed before we depart because my life right now is on overload. Sometimes you just have to say, to heck with it! It will be finished when it’s finished. Ironically, when I do sit down to write once a week even for a few hours, I get a lot completed and it’s flowing beautifully, without FORCE. The minute I push everything gets HARD and I’m swiftly reminded to chill the F out! It’s amazing but the book is almost full written! Woo Hoo! Now, that’s a big lesson about incremental action = many small steps become huge strides and gains. It’s the same with weight loss, business and relationships!

I am clearing the energy that no longer serves me. I am love and I am loved. I attract divine connections and my relationships are full of beauty. With each breath I take I’m healing. Slow Down For Weight Loss

Sometimes in life we need to slow down to speed up! That’s a big thing I’ve had to master and trust. I don’t need to rush! Neither do you! If we really trust life, our bodies, ourselves and our careers then why rush? Food for thought right?

Any diet that’s not loving is a waste of your time and detrimental to your physical, spiritual, and emotional health. If I miss a day of exercise then I don’t think about it. I just resume the following day but I really do have to make it a priority. Otherwise I will sit at the computer all day writing or on the phone with clients and weeks can go by with no movement mojo.

I’m aware that in three weeks time if I want to feel super duper fabulous then I need ensure that I fit it in even for 30 minutes a day. If I need to take a break for thirty minutes in the afternoon I do and I can tell you it improves my mood and brings me to a more abundant frame of mind.

When you take care of yourself you’re invoking self-love and the energy of manifestation. Essentially, when we take good care of ourselves (especially in the midst of chaotic lives) we are cultivating trust and putting out a clear energetic call that we are deserving and that all is well. Then the magic takes place! Life gives you more of that juicy loved up energy. The more you love yourself the more life and your body loves you back. Pain and struggle fade and pleasure and beauty reign!

Step 7 – Bodylove Body Brushing:

To detox and move the chi and lymph body brush daily!

It’s easy, fast and a cheap and it really works to improve skin texture too! Get naked and brush our body from the soles of your feet working your way up your legs, your front (belly & breasts) and your back, brushing vigorously as you feel able to. Then do your hands and up your arms. Focus the brush strokes towards the heart. Don’t do your face but give the back of your neck and your scalp (hair permitting) a good go! For hygiene reasons use a separate brush for each member of the family and of course wash the brush every couple of weeks.

Step 8 – Family Drama:

If your energy is full of LOVE you can stop drama dead in it’s tracks!

So how do I deal with family dynamics and potential drama? Once again hold my vision and intention. As soon as anything starts to get a bit dicey I send out love, remain very grounded, focus on my intention and shut down any funky fear based stuff.

My parents divorced about 20 years ago and now we are all coming together for my wedding. I really won’t allow anyone else fear to effect me. I stay grounded in LOVE and allow miracles to unfold. One of my family members was stressing out and kept saying “I’m worried”. Hmmm I thought. I then responded with “ Why are you worried”. She couldn’t really say but it’s her usual response to stress. You know, I’ll just worry the F out it and maybe that will help? When does that ever help? So I listened. Did not buy into it, gave her a hug and said, it’s going to be fantastic and don’t worry and kind of cut off the conversation. I had to do this a few more times until this person stopped doing it! Now it’s smooth sailing! If I had reacted in fear matching her worry with worry then it could have been a disaster waiting to happen! I used to buy into it but not anymore. I see it for what it is “fear” and don’t buy into it. At this time right now, we are all healing and releasing old baggage as we move towards and embody the energy of love and celebration.

There is a family member that I’m not close to and saying we have some intense history is an understatement. Although she’s been invited to the wedding she’s not coming. I made sure not to talk about it too much, I cried and let it go. I’m at peace with her decision and I trust that it’s played out how it’s meant to. I also let her know that I would not judge her decision as good or bad. I feel divinely protected and guided.

My intention is so strong that everything is coming together to match my vision. I’ve even met some great new friends over the last couple of months and a few oldies that have returned who are taking up more space in my life and it’s nothing short of beautiful.

Step 9 – Breathe of Life:

Breathing in life opens to the body and soul to expansion, relaxation, weight loss and clarity!

I ensure that I’m breathing in life and the energy of love and trust. When I feel a freak out coming on. I stop, rest, regroup and breathe deep. Every baby on the planet has breathing nailed but most of us adults seem to breathe shallow! Breathing is restorative. It can cleanse us of toxins that have built up in the body and the mind. It can help rid us of worries and tensions and bring us back to our true nature and our true place in the timeless universe. This most basic and essential of all our activities can also be the most transformative.

Step 10 – Sleeping Goddess:

Studies have shown those who sleep less weigh more.

I’m making sure I get at least 7- 8 hours of sleep a tight. I’m waking at 5.30am at the moment so trying to get to bed by 9pm allowing my body to heal and rejuvenate. You can read more about this in the Bodylove Beauty Foods E-Book but when you don’t sleep enough, it drives leptin levels down which means you don’t feel satisfied after you eat. Lack of sleep apart from being torturous causes ghrelin to rise stimulating your appetite. Ever notice that you are ravenous after having a bad nights sleep? So do your best to sleep in a dark room and get to bed as early as you can.

Other Beauty Tips:

- I will steam a few times! I love the Turkish baths, they have a shower in them so they it’s steam and water combo and they really improve my skin! Try it sometime or have a bath at home!
- Get a massage prior to the wedding
- A good nights sleep the night before unless I wake up super early! EEK! Which is highly likely!

Do you plan for self care? It’s an art and a necessity to integrate beauty rituals into your busy life if you want a juicy loved up experience! I’m all about PLEASURE and enjoying all the juiciness life has to offer! Pleasure is the ultimate beauty elixir! I’ve tried the struggle, force and control and that just made me miserable, tired and bloated. As I learned to surrender and be kinder to myself, my body began to heal and my life became more fun, playful, abundant and happy! Yipee! So here’s something that will make you salivate – 40% of your metabolic power is linked to your ability to receive pleasure. Yeap, pretty cool. So the more we bash and bully the body into weight loss the more we actually diminish our bodies ability to digest food, heal and burn fat. The solution – RELAXATION!

My man is out Friday night and I’m pondering on what I want to do and it looks like I’m going detox body and soul on Friday solo in my bath! Bliss! I’ve learned over the years that in order to feeling fabulous, grounded and connected to myself and my body, I need to take time out to replenish my soul. It maybe a 15 minute bath or a bit more sleep, a girls night out or a bit more time for cooking and eating nourishing meals or exercise. Note to self – a beauty regime takes planning and a commitment to ones self as a priority.

So the question is, do you plan for self care, a chill-lax and pleasure or do you push forward expecting someone or something else to take good care of you?

Many women grow tired and resentful because they’re so exhausted and it’s understandable. Women have a lot of roles to play and for many as we build businesses and have families the responsibilities and the to do list becomes endless. So what’s a girl to do? Plan for YOU. You must. It’s imperative. Don’t wait till you reach exhaustion and then blame others. It’s waste of your time and typically damaging to your relationships. Also you need to take responsibility. It’s no ones fault but your own. Sorry but I am here to support you not BS you!

When was the last time you planned for your own pleasure? There is always a way to make it happen IF you make it a priority. Take ACTION! What are four things you can schedule in over the next month for you? Do you need someone to baby sit your kids? Can you offer to baby sit their kids to create a swap system? Do you need to hire a virtual assistant? A house cleaner? Or book in a facial once a month, see a health coach or have a girls night out or in the sanctuary of your own home once a month? Perhaps, it’s as simple as getting off the computer and phone for 24 hours! Hmmm, I wonder what you will come up with? Please let me know!

If the ugly beast of GUILT sets in. See it and let it go. It’s not serving you and it’s certainly not good for your health, fueling fat storing hormones that take over your body. You deserve rest. Take it. Perhaps life was meant to be easier than we make it? Rest allows me to tune inwards and the stillness without fail always taps into my inner wisdom. It will work like that for you too.

I bet you a million bucks if we plan for baths and pleasure we’d all be a lot more loved up, healthy and chilled out. So I’m off to have a bath in the middle of my renovations, TV pitching, book writing, wedding plans and clients. I know I can fit in 20 – 30 minutes to be super deliciously kind to me. Can you? I used to feel guilty and now I don’t. Feeling deserving of a juicy life comes from starting to integrate juicy experiences into your daily routine. As you enjoy the pleasure and see that the world is still standing, and that you personal don’t need to hold it up, you will start to relax into a whole new way of living.

I don’t believe in the power of will power but more in FREE WILL. Desire, creativity, passion & intention come from free will & it feels FAB! That’s how I lost weight, healed my body, overhauled my metabolism and got my sassy mojo purring in fine form – with intention, desire, energy and trust. As you relax into life, you will in fact attract more abundance because you’re actively saying I trust life, I deserve to feel good, I’m abundant and a person deserving of rest and pleasure. And you know what you get what you put out, right? So stop stressing and start a new sensual relationship with YOU!

How has life been treating you? Are things a little intense? Are you letting go of lots of baggage? Sometimes, it can feel really awkward but it’s usually a sign that major growth is on it’s way. Evolving and change can feel scary but in reality it’s how we label it, that determines if we pull the trigger on fear or allow love in, to show us the way forward.

If you knew this time right now, was the beginning of a magical experience in your life and the only way to get their was to clear the junk in your trunk, would you manage it differently? Would you feel safer, stronger and perhaps more open to fully embracing and surrendering into the experience? Just a few questions for you to ponder!

This time is intense for many of us because we are being called to ascend, to change and grow into a more powerful, centered and loving version of ourselves. That’s my take on it. Anything that is not meant for you, will either leave your life kicking or screaming or it will exit with grace and ease. It’s your choice on how the changes come. At the end of the day it’s going to come down to how you manage your emotions, energy, thoughts and behaviors. Will you heed the lessons and make the necessary changes or will you hide pretending it’s not happening or perhaps, you hope to wait it out, until the call to change passes? It won’t PASS. Sorry, but right now, the message is: it’s time to raise the bar on self love! If you want to survive and thrive in this new dimension it’s time to LET GO of what is not working to allow space for something more nourishing.

Sometimes letting go can be scary but the ironic thing is that when you do let go divine intervention always come into play to support your higher purpose and lifestyle. It’s the fear illusion that keeps you locked and blocked, not the letting go of what is not loving you right. Hmmm funny that! When you trust yourself and trust life you can stand in the eye of storm and know 100% that everything is alright. You can be like ‘bring it on’. ‘I’m ready to to rock and roll’! You know that you can handle the situation with complete confidence and then you are set free from the chains of fear, limits and confusion.

It’s interesting to observe what happens to the body and soul when you let fear take over. The body contracts and tenses and stress starts to show it’s ugly heavy face. When you surrender you are open and your body relaxes, the energy relaxes and you’re able to give the situation the grounded attention it needs.The key here is when life gives you a curve ball, it’s best to use your love muscle and courage muscle to support you. In the face of LOVE, FEAR starts to lose it’s power and then the ride gets a whole lot easier. You just have to trust LOVE and when you do you will start to TRUST YOURSELF.

Here are three powerful questions to ask yourself:

1. What do you I need to release?

Ok now, let it go by using this little visualization below! It rocks!

BODYLOVE RITUAL RELEASE:
See it (the emotion, person, situation) coming out of your body, leaving your space and changing and transforming into love. You can see it leave your house and go out the door as an energy or see the literal word say’s its fear or anger moving out of your body and home.

2. What can I do for myself right now that is more LOVING?
Pick one thing you can do for yourself that is kind and caring. Perhaps think of what you might give, say or do for a friend or loved one in need. Imagine what that might be and then give that gift to yourself.

3. What do you WANT?

How often do you ask yourself that question? If you don’t know what you want then how to expect to get it or know which path to travel on or what to let go. You don’t. Then stagnation, confusion and exhaustion brew. So tune in and get clear about what you want so you can start to move towards visioning, asking and receiving it!

It’s important to acknowledge that we all experience curve balls at some point in life. We are here to grow and no one escapes the changes and challenges that evolving brings. Perhaps you’re in it right now or maybe you’re experiencing the shocking aftermath of complete chaos! Notice I used the world “almost”. You see dear ones that’s the clue to all the good stuff that is about arrive at your doorstep. You’ve survived. You’re much stronger than you might think you are. You’re still here and the journey is unfolding perfectly. When we TRUST all seems to fall into place. Sounds simple but do you trust? Do you pour love into your life or vomit fear all over it? Be honest with yourself! Know this, that the uncomfortable feeling you may experiencing will soon become comfortable as you pour love and trust into your body and life.

YOU ARE NEVER ALONE
YOU ARE ALWAYS CONNECTED TO YOUR LIGHT, TO LOVE, TO SOURCE AND THE UNIVERSE.

So back to my story.

Ok so I wanted to share a little bit of my life with you. I’m a transformational coach, holistic health counselor, intuitive, writer, blog addict, radio show host and entrepreneur, for those of you who just think I’m an opinionated woman who likes to go on about loving yourself (which I am and do)!

Currently, here is my schedule = renovating, wedding in six weeks, moving into new place 50% done, book at 50 000 words and OMG have not touched it in about 3 weeks, writing today thank GOD so I can calm the F down… I think about my book about 80% of the time… drawing in and downloading what I want to say before I write I and the remainder of the time I’m thinking about food and my wedding!

Oh yes, and hosting my iTunes Show – Love, Sex & Money – EEK!!!! Organizing international talent for the show… tracking people down, doing the interview then sending to my co-producer to package and post online! Phew!

There is no good time to get married, move, renovate, have a baby (NOT YET) and write a book – JUST GOT TO DO IT, BREATHE, have FUN with it… laugh at yourself when you FREAK (deep breathing) and start FRESH when you need to. Sex here and there (when we’re not too exhausted) always helps (MORE DEEP BREATHING)!

Last week, I did a one-day shoot for my friend, Belle, on her movie, Phoenix Rising. I had a ball rekindling my passion for acting, although I’m always performing. I was incredibly impressed with the team on the set. On my way back from location I stopped in at Ikea to buy candles and all sorts of pretty things for the wedding… did I mention only six weeks to go before my wedding?

I suppose I better start training to get extra fit so I look fabulous and most importantly feel fabulous on the BIG LOVE DAY? Hmmm… interesting how the bridal industry and the better look FABULOUS factor creeps in a tad. You know the kind of self-expectation to look like you stepped out of VOGUE, which drives most women to crash diet before their big day and then balloon after wards. It’s no wonder a lot of women become Bridezilla-like. NO food = CRAZY BABY! So no, I’m sticking to my healthy Bodylove Diet program and eating foods that I love and that my body loves. Without great food, I wouldn’t be as energetic, focused or rockin that’s for sure. To be honest, I’d probably lose the plot!

In order not to buy into the whole beauty ideal you have to be strong NOT buy into that SHIT! Thankfully, I’m a confident chick and don’t feel I need to prove anything at all. I’m already healthy and look and feel great and that’s the truth but a tiny bit of pressure is there, I can feel it. It’s pressure thought that I put on myself and I can see the CRAP that it is, laugh and let it go! In fact, I tell the CRAP thoughts to piss off and I stay true to me, knowing I’m fabulous and enough just the way I AM. Makeup artist booked and she’s fabulous so I’m good to go! ☺

Self-Care Mojo = A Happy Grounded LOVED UP Chick

I’ve decided to give myself the week off before the wedding to get organized so I’m not utterly exhausted by the big day. This for me requires a little strategic planning and a self-care / self-love dedication to ensure that I take good care of ME. No one can for me. It’s up to me to make that happen. So I got it sorted. How can you practice more dedicated self-care and self love regime? Perhaps a bath, more exercise, better nutritious food, more sleep, water, sex or FUN and adventure scheduled in will do the trick. It’s amazing how lots of small things = big changes.

FAMILY Intervention = Healing & Trust

Next, I brought my family together to celebrate my wedding. My parents had a nasty divorce about 25 years ago. You know the court-fighting, crazy, movie drama stuff that seems to come into play when assets are involved. Anyways… hosted dinner party to bring my parents together after not really talking for over 20 years. We went from eloping to having a joint event with both sides of the family coming together for the first time in decades. It’s an event that I never thought would happen again. It’s a good thing and I’m pretty stoked that we are focusing on LOVE and celebration and not the trials and tribulations of – KON & LYDIA (my parents, GOD LOVE THEM). I did say ‘this wedding would not be a family reunion’ but now it is and it feels GOOD. It’s a woman’s prerogative to change her mind right? RIGHT! Did I mention that at this stage I am a tad exhausted. Lots of laughs!


Next, managing the hormones!

Got the P’s yesterday and had a RED TENT DAY! Hit the PAUSE button on my life. Got into BED, pulled up the covers…. watched Justin Beiber doco – NEVER SAY NEVER.. balled and loved the inspiration of it. The girls who love Beiber are so cute and adorable. Justin really is super talented and has worked his A off. If you want to be inspired check it out! If you want to feel better, hit the pause button and take some time to rest. It’s a great tonic for the body and soul!

After a nice night chillin’ I woke at 2AM and reviewed my book draft (not a good idea). Spent the day in a bit of a blur. At 6am I did my makeup and headed to my office to be interviewed by the divine Susan Hyatt, author and contributor to O Magazine. Client canceled on me cause she was out having FUN. THANK GOD!

When NOT to call a TV network!

I wanted to get on Sunrise ( a morning TV show in Australia). Had to re-pitch the producer for a segment I want to nab. Decided not to call cause I didn’t trust myself to not sound like some drunk woman on the phone. This tends to happen with three hours of sleep and my PERIOD combined. I visited my acupuncturist and retreated back to bed.

It’s a NEW DAY!

Today is a new day. I can talk again. What a pretty beautiful world it is. Playing Barry White. Thanking the universe for this magical experience we call LIFE. The saying ‘it will pass’ rings true for me. No matter what you are feeling today or right now in this moment with a little R & R most falls away as we regroup and retreat inwards for solace and guidance. It can be pretty hard to hear your inner voice and wisdom, when super busy! I learned that years ago and no matter how full things are, I do my best to always give myself space even if it’s a session of deep breathing on the loo or a 15 minute foot soak in salt water = very nurturing and self loving.

About to start writing AGAIN! Yeah! Just got to keep going… keep focused and pray for heaps for divine guidance and the courage to DO THE WORK, to express myself in my authentic VOICE, allowing me to really connect with women all over in the world in a way only I CAN. My way. I wonder what your way is?

If there is one message here today I would love to share with you and it is don’t let anyone tell you how to share and express yourself. I am writing a book about self-love, effortless energetic weight loss and manifestation mojo and had this lovely editor/publisher tell me to ‘tone it down’. Tone it down? Hmmm I tried. Hated it cause it was fake to me. Was I having fun doing it? NO. Did it reflect my truth? NO. So I said, screw that (to myself) and kept writing in the way that I enjoy. It has a tone and voice that my core client base loves. The others who don’t, won’t and that’s all good. But most do because I keep it real and grounded in action and pure Ingrid Arna energy for the sassy girl who want to get over her crap so she can connect to her own innate power and Goddess GLORY! I want to love you to rocking health, to a bodacious bod and to a sexy juicy life and I find a mix of love, compassion and straight talking works miracles!

Bodylove Juicy Life Vortex

The funny and ironic thing about entering the Bodylove Juicy Life Vortex = you pretty much start to manifest from a very high vibe place = learning a new way to manage endless opportunity = learning to pace yourself and slowing down when needed.

This weekend I am going to spend some time chillin’ but still have three more rooms to recreate. It takes time, patience, perseverance and desire. Pretty much sums up writing a book, losing weight that stays off forever, healing and transformation and nourishing relationships. Thank GOD I have a fabulous assistant who has become my dear friend and my man who is my ROCK, my LOVE and my HEART.

Why am I writing this intimate blog piece? Cause I’m keeping it real! I wanted to express the beauty in chaos and the calm that comes when we learn how to ride the wave with trust, humor and the ability to STOP once in while. The chaos always passes if we just go with it knowing that wherever it takes us will be just right with so much more LIGHT.

Don’t look for obstacles or focus on what’s wrong with you. Look at what is right with you and your life. See and then experience magic, miracles, manifestation and movement in your energy, body and the world around you!

We do this by reflecting on what we are thinking, feeling and being. You can do this right now! Are your thoughts loving or not so loving? Write down what you are feeling – the good, the bad and the ugly. Then see those emotions you no longer want to hold onto leave your body either in color, words or feelings. I usually combine all three for radical healing! I then visualize the word and energy of BODYLOVE flood every cell in my body! Bring it on!

If you’re not in love and beauty you’re out of the Bodylove Zone. To come home to your true power, breathe out the crap and breathe in LOVE and everything else you want to create. Before getting your manifestation purring along in full glory, write down what you want to support your clarity, which is simply the elixir for a rocking bod and juicy life.

This super DAILY RITUAL will ensure you’re in alignment with what you want. But hey we need to know what I want right before we can create it! If you are not clear then focus on how you want to feel. Do you want to feel energetic, sexy, slim, healthy, abundant and loved up? YES PLEASE!

Check in with yourself and just like flicking a switch, TURN ON the electricity to make sure you’re in high manifestation mojo power. Remember your emotions shape your cells so we must cultivate feelings and beliefs that reflect our desires. When we infuse our bodies with feel good thoughts we move from FEAR TO LOVE.

When we fully surrender and trust that our body will heal we can then embrace limitless possibility and the miraculous. We drop the force and enter into flow and then a vortex of self love, vibrational alignment and healing. You have to laugh, seriously, how do we think forcing, manipulating or punishing the body is going get us the bliss, beauty and brilliance we all want? It is not going to work. It never will and never has. So onto surrender, relaxation and transformation of Bodylove. As soon as we commit to chilling out and embracing ourselves we begin to heal. It’s really the only thing that works! What happens is we come home to the moment, to the present allowing the past to fall away and we can then start to invoke fresh, loving and healing energy. The story starts to subside and all that is real is the NOW. We also then come home to the truth of who we are – divine sacred women who are loved and lovable as we are right now. Every other negative, low energy and ugly thought is a LIE and an ILLUSION. We only make it real because we THINK it and then FEEL it and then CREATE it!

Like a stream of water, I flush out what I don’t want until the energy is running clear thorough my body and LOVE, BEAUTY & JOY is the energy and emotion that fills every cell in my bod. From head to toes and everything in between if you know what I mean!

What we are doing is sending a clear message to the body and the universe, that we are loving and trusting the body into health, weight loss and transformation. It’s only when we fully relax and enter into pleasure – based living that we reap the full benefits of the healing process.

TRUST IT and THEN PRACTICE IT!

Knowing is not enough it is the ritual doing and the enjoyment in the daily acts of love that we find the beauty, peace and bliss we are looking for.

Affirmation: I trust my body and the beauty of life. It is safe to rest, to slow down and to surrender into my healing.

Wow, you can just smell the LOVE in the air! Wasn’t the Royal wedding divine!

Yesterday, I cracked out an old Barry White album today and danced in my living room, because no one was watching! Oh, I confess, I was in such a love vortex, I wouldn’t have cared in the least if I had an audience!

For some of you who don’t know under the Bodylove banner, I run a super stellar course - Love Magnet and the question, I get asked over and over gain is how to do I attract my own Royal LOVE? There are quite a few important and life changing rituals and behaviors we must integrate to really become a magnetic to Love so email me if you want do the program. So, here is my tip for you today – DON’T EXPECT YOUR PRINCE TO GIVE YOU EVERYTHING! Everything is a lot of pressure to put one person and the expectation typically weights down a relationship. Hey, lovely peoples! Ok so today, I’m going to expose how your perception of what a treat is can really determine what you eat, then how you feel and how you look! Yeap, totally true!

If you think a treat is cake, ice-cream, soda, alcohol or candy as opposed to divine berries, home made low sugar desserts and other pleasures like flowers, a good massage, a big hug or a beautiful cup of organic tea, then your view of a “treat” could be the one thing that is threatening your wellbeing.

I share my idea of treats; a clear ritual and action I take to truly nourish mind, body and soul. My treats are really good for me! They don’t make me feel sick ½ an hour later! I don’t kid myself and pretend that having a cocktail each day or ½ a block of chocolate is a treat. It’s not. Rather, it’s a potential threat to rocking health and emotional stability and stable rocking glowing energy. Least we not forget the hot bod you want right? So, remember each decision you make can either be loving or not so loving.

HOTNESS in BODYLOVE LAND:
Now, let me be clear HOT goes beyond the physical and the word ‘HOT’ is linked to METABOLISM and powerful digestive FIRE = HOT, HEALTHY & HAPPY! The moment we honor the body with good food and a self loving juicy Bodylove mindset, the body transforms. More to come on that! It’s quite a spectacular thing!

So do yourself a favor and start to review your own perception of what is good for you. Write down how you treat yourself and then come up with replacements. Try it out for a few weeks and see how you feel and look improve big time! I challenge YOU!

Remember if you want a different result you need to do something different! A great way to do that is to evaluate your beliefs. In doing so, we start to cultivate AWARENESS and the path to change will come more easily. Perhaps you can try treating yourself with something far more nourishing?
