The most delicious thing happens when you truly, deeply value and validate yourself. Others begin to value you more, babe, because they are reflecting back to you your own beliefs about yourself and what you deserve! Magical, isn’t it?! It’s a delicious manifestation and all it takes is the willingness to think delicious things about yourself. Any crap in your life takes a hike – the peeps that don’t respect you fade away or change their tune as quick as you can say ‘delicious!’ All you have to do, honey child, is change what you say to yourself. Speak sweet-nothings to yourself and give yourself the love you need. Validate yourself and don’t wait for others to do it for you. Trust me, I know from experience. I don’t need permission, approval or validation from others because I give myself the reassurance and love I need to flourish. It’s wonderfully liberating, incredibly powerful and supremely delicious. What happens when you give yourself this gift is that you free yourself from being dependent on the approval of others. Of course, it’s nice to receive praise, but the problem arises when you depend on it as your only source of appreciation. When you depend on it, you run the risk of becoming needy, and that results in unhealthy and disempowering behaviors. Better to think of outer praise as icing on the cake and inner praise is the necessity. This way you get the whole cake, baby!

So to commence with your deliciousness manifestation, start by validating yourself, and start now! Times ticking… live connected to your inner power and own it baby! Initially, it may feel awkward because hearing and listening to your inner champion is a totally new experience. But trust me, just like driving a new car, you’ll get the hang of it. As you steer your way towards self-love, the smoother and more pleasurable your ride will become.

To begin the deliciousness manifestation, chant this mantra at least ten times a day! Post it on a wall, in the kitchen and or at your desk. Just anywhere and everywhere that you will see it, and repeat it like your new personal mantra.

I love and approve of myself completely. I AM divine, deserving and delicious!

I live a delicious life because I don’t need permission or validation from anyone to follow my heart or pursue my passion. If I waited for the praise so many of us desire, I’d probably be six feet under! HA HA!!! That is why I tell myself ‘I’m fabulous.’ I am. And so are you! It’s not about being in full blown ego, it’s about how we value ourselves. It’s about honoring, loving and celebrating yourself. It’s about seeing and believing in your gifts… not discounting them. It’s about trusting in your visions and implementing them with passion and finesse, girl!

The truth is we are all born for greatness. What keeps our inner genius trapped is our feelings of being less than. That’s a lie. If you want to live in truth, live your awesomeness with courage, clarity and gratitude. I spent years diminishing myself or longing for the approval of others, but that kept me in a weak, needy state disconnected from my inherent inner power. What I’ve learned is …the more loving, kind, forgiving and powerful thoughts you have about yourself, the more health, beauty, energy, pleasure and happiness you will have! Fabulous. True. Rockin’! You’re divine and don’t you ever forget it!

Remember if you want to change your life, you have to change your thoughts and you have to be conscious of what you say to yourself, so that you can get your new energy purring along. If you aren’t completely getting what you want in life, or you’re feeling a bit down and out, it’s a wonderful sign that you need to change your thinking and your perception of what’s going down in your life and what you deserve. No need to freak out, babe. Just get busy with chanting your mantra and ask yourself what you really want, and then go about focusing your attention purely on your desire. Ok so here you go, let’s answer that question right now. What do you really want?

Once you’re really clear about your desires, then you must follow up with the goods, and move into pure action baby. The best way to create what you want is to create it. But first off, you must get your gorgeous brain thinking purely delicious thoughts! As soon as you do, divine synchronicity, healing and attraction jump into play, and miracle manifestations flow. Woo hoo! Bring it on!

Do you plan for self care? It’s an art and a necessity to integrate beauty rituals into your busy life if you want a juicy loved up experience! I’m all about PLEASURE and enjoying all the juiciness life has to offer! Pleasure is the ultimate beauty elixir! I’ve tried the struggle, force and control and that just made me miserable, tired and bloated. As I learned to surrender and be kinder to myself, my body began to heal and my life became more fun, playful, abundant and happy! Yipee! So here’s something that will make you salivate – 40% of your metabolic power is linked to your ability to receive pleasure. Yeap, pretty cool. So the more we bash and bully the body into weight loss the more we actually diminish our bodies ability to digest food, heal and burn fat. The solution – RELAXATION!

My man is out Friday night and I’m pondering on what I want to do and it looks like I’m going detox body and soul on Friday solo in my bath! Bliss! I’ve learned over the years that in order to feeling fabulous, grounded and connected to myself and my body, I need to take time out to replenish my soul. It maybe a 15 minute bath or a bit more sleep, a girls night out or a bit more time for cooking and eating nourishing meals or exercise. Note to self – a beauty regime takes planning and a commitment to ones self as a priority.

So the question is, do you plan for self care, a chill-lax and pleasure or do you push forward expecting someone or something else to take good care of you?

Many women grow tired and resentful because they’re so exhausted and it’s understandable. Women have a lot of roles to play and for many as we build businesses and have families the responsibilities and the to do list becomes endless. So what’s a girl to do? Plan for YOU. You must. It’s imperative. Don’t wait till you reach exhaustion and then blame others. It’s waste of your time and typically damaging to your relationships. Also you need to take responsibility. It’s no ones fault but your own. Sorry but I am here to support you not BS you!

When was the last time you planned for your own pleasure? There is always a way to make it happen IF you make it a priority. Take ACTION! What are four things you can schedule in over the next month for you? Do you need someone to baby sit your kids? Can you offer to baby sit their kids to create a swap system? Do you need to hire a virtual assistant? A house cleaner? Or book in a facial once a month, see a health coach or have a girls night out or in the sanctuary of your own home once a month? Perhaps, it’s as simple as getting off the computer and phone for 24 hours! Hmmm, I wonder what you will come up with? Please let me know!

If the ugly beast of GUILT sets in. See it and let it go. It’s not serving you and it’s certainly not good for your health, fueling fat storing hormones that take over your body. You deserve rest. Take it. Perhaps life was meant to be easier than we make it? Rest allows me to tune inwards and the stillness without fail always taps into my inner wisdom. It will work like that for you too.

I bet you a million bucks if we plan for baths and pleasure we’d all be a lot more loved up, healthy and chilled out. So I’m off to have a bath in the middle of my renovations, TV pitching, book writing, wedding plans and clients. I know I can fit in 20 – 30 minutes to be super deliciously kind to me. Can you? I used to feel guilty and now I don’t. Feeling deserving of a juicy life comes from starting to integrate juicy experiences into your daily routine. As you enjoy the pleasure and see that the world is still standing, and that you personal don’t need to hold it up, you will start to relax into a whole new way of living.

I don’t believe in the power of will power but more in FREE WILL. Desire, creativity, passion & intention come from free will & it feels FAB! That’s how I lost weight, healed my body, overhauled my metabolism and got my sassy mojo purring in fine form – with intention, desire, energy and trust. As you relax into life, you will in fact attract more abundance because you’re actively saying I trust life, I deserve to feel good, I’m abundant and a person deserving of rest and pleasure. And you know what you get what you put out, right? So stop stressing and start a new sensual relationship with YOU!

Hey, lovely peoples! Ok so today, I’m going to expose how your perception of what a treat is can really determine what you eat, then how you feel and how you look! Yeap, totally true!

If you think a treat is cake, ice-cream, soda, alcohol or candy as opposed to divine berries, home made low sugar desserts and other pleasures like flowers, a good massage, a big hug or a beautiful cup of organic tea, then your view of a “treat” could be the one thing that is threatening your wellbeing.

I share my idea of treats; a clear ritual and action I take to truly nourish mind, body and soul. My treats are really good for me! They don’t make me feel sick ½ an hour later! I don’t kid myself and pretend that having a cocktail each day or ½ a block of chocolate is a treat. It’s not. Rather, it’s a potential threat to rocking health and emotional stability and stable rocking glowing energy. Least we not forget the hot bod you want right? So, remember each decision you make can either be loving or not so loving.

HOTNESS in BODYLOVE LAND:
Now, let me be clear HOT goes beyond the physical and the word ‘HOT’ is linked to METABOLISM and powerful digestive FIRE = HOT, HEALTHY & HAPPY! A few years I ago I had a wake up call. I realized that I’d been lied to over and over again! And you have been too.

I was living in NYC working and working in a stressful job in TV development. In need of a holiday and some good R&R, my only salvation from going totally insane during the long enduring winter was my local gym. I loved my gym because it was the only luxury I could afford at the time, and for an hour a day I felt that I was living the live, at a luxury resort.

Everything at the gym was immaculate. Attendants who catered to our every need maintained the changing rooms. I ordered organic juice served to me as I lounged by the pool. It was heaven in a concrete jungle.The liberating thing about this busy gym was the confident women I met. The girls changing room was a naked sea of women steaming, bathing, chatting and preening. I have to confess, I couldn’t help but have a good look around! I am not a pervert by any means, but I just couldn’t help taking in all the nakedness. It is hard not to when you have someone’s bottom literally in your face. I saw so many varied looking women, each so different in body size and shape – voluptuous bodies, extra voluptuous bodies, tall women, short women, toned and lean women, sagging breasts, perky breasts, large full bottoms, white, black, Asian, bony bums, cellulite, vaginas covered in fur and others Brazilian bare.What struck me was how sexy all these women were. Huh? Hadn’t I been taught that you had to look like a model, a polished reed or a famous actress to be sexy? Deep within me, I knew the media ideal of ‘beauty’ was a narrow limited view, but it wasn’t until I really saw such a broad range of nakedness that I realized I had really been lied to and blatantly brainwashed. These women were all gorgeous, each and every one of them! What really struck me was how these women strutted. There was no hiding. These women were sexy, empowered and not afraid to show it ALL off!

The same week at work I had been interviewing a selection of women for a advertising project. Each lady had a different job, passion, and opinion and their own unique perspective and attitude, created their individual sexiness. They all had very individual body shapes, faces, skin tones, opinions and yearnings; and yet they all exuded a brilliant charisma infused with confidence, passion, and determination. Some of them where almost ethereal grounded in their unique beauty. And to top of my sexy research, my new ‘sexy’ view of appreciation was consolidated by the glorious women I had featured at my clothing launch. From size 16 to size 8, each and everyone rocked.group

All three experiences ignited my desire to expose the truth about true definition of sensuality for women today. Often I think we can intellectualize that beauty and sex appeal comes in all shapes, sizes and ages, but unless we can really start to live it and believe whole heartedly in our sexy sensual selves, we can’t really be free to be the women we are entitled to be – strong, clever and yes you guessed it sexy and sensual, without guilt.

By unmasking the sexiness in every woman, we can work towards establishing a strong sense of who we are – damn brilliant specimens, all perfect in our uniqueness. Exposing our raw sexiness sets new foundations and gives us the capabilities to lead by example, to encourage our mothers, friends, children and associates to claim their own sexy energy. To unveil our raw sexiness we need to be more in tune with our bodies and all the other gifts that make us women. The compounding effects of media propaganda constantly drum our internal drive for perfection and it has to stop! Are you over it? I know I am! It is now time to live differently by reclaiming that strength from within.

We are so consumed by living up to the ideals of others that they have become our own.We are brain washed into believing that we have to force our bodies and our lives into looking like the picture of success the billboards present, like it was a biological blue print of what women should be. This is completely insane! If we can pull back, meditate and tune into how divine we really are, we can start to clearly see how pathetic and comical the situation is. But it’s so hard when we are bombarded with hundreds of messages daily, images that re-program our sub-conscious minds. So I have done simplified some truths for you to absorb! It is time to expose the truth! You’re damn sexy and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

What is sexy, I have discovered is a woman or a man for that matter, who is connected to WHO they are. They have a magnetic aura about them and that energy attracts people to them, like honey to bees. You don’t have to be a super hottie physically but we can all harness our inner idol by really appreciating who you are from the inside out. When you can claim self-confidence, you can’t help but exude that sexy alluring quality.

So how do you become sexy?

It is my belief that being sexy is available to everyone. I have met many a man who is super appealing because of the way he talks and walks and he doesn’t look like Brad Pitt. I have also met many women who are playful, warm, engaging and confident in their skin and they don’t look like super model Gisele either.

In summary here are the six key attributes you can embody to get into a new sexy groove! Have fun with it.

6 SEXY SECRETS:
1. PASSION - Have something your passionate about so you get excited about your life.
2. CONFIDENCE – Get to know yourself and your strengths and then embrace them. Typically it might be things you take for granted. Sometimes those are your greatest gifts. Celebrate and cherish them!
3. SELF IMAGE – Hold yourself well and talk with a self assured manner, fake it until you believe it, then be at peace with who you are. Dressing well always puts me in a good mood and if I take the time to groom well, then my self image gets a good boost. Have fun with the girly things that make you feel good. For instance, like a great dress that flatters your shape, a new piece of jewellery or spend a few hours buried in your closet putting different outfits together. Work with what you have!
4. WELLNESS – Know what makes you feel good emotionally, physically and spiritually and engage in those activities. It might be the food you eat that makes you feel nurtured or the daily yoga class that centres your spirit, or that dance class that ignites passion in you. Perhaps walking in nature or swimming in the sea set you free! Movement opens up the chakras and encourages you to breathe in the joy of live. More oxygen is always a good thing too!
5. ATTITUDE – Authentic acts of self honoring which boost our self esteem organically translates into sexiness = positive, confident, joyful and alluring women. How we perceive ourselves reflects our attitude to live and all things we encounter.
6. SELF RESPECT -Modify your thought patterns. Stop the negative chatter and turn it into positive self talk.The best way to become sexy is to look within. Discover who you are and fall in lust with it.

A great affirmation to repeat: I am sexy and sensual and I effortlessly attract playfulness and appreciation into my life.

When you like who you are and what you stand for (and no that is not the clothes you wear of the car you drive), without effort a natural sexiness starts to grow. You begin to be playful in conversation engaging all those around you, you start to dance with life and the people you meet and the new people you attract will be drawn to your engaging personality and your fun loving spirit.
If your stressed out and feeling overwhelmed sexiness tends to shrink. To charge up your inner mojo take the time to nurture yourself with rest, play and exercise. If you’re really having difficulty claiming that sexy glow then some good therapy to build your self confidence is a great way to really discover how fabulous you are. Having sex can help too and it’s always fun, hopefully!

In addition, change the way you think about yourself by shifting your inner dialogue and repeat this little mantra “I am sexy and everyone I meet is attracted to my playful and engaging personality. I feel fantastic”. As soon as you have a healthy sense of self then others will feel it.

Ok, so the foundation rests with this little bit of wisdom. SEXY starts from within. There is no doubt about it. And it’s worked for me time and time again. Being truly confident in your skin regardless of what you look like on the outside, is like the elixir of sex appeal. It’s the very juice that will attract attention from all sorts of people and not just the men!
