The most delicious thing happens when you truly, deeply value and validate yourself. Others begin to value you more, babe, because they are reflecting back to you your own beliefs about yourself and what you deserve! Magical, isn’t it?! It’s a delicious manifestation and all it takes is the willingness to think delicious things about yourself. Any crap in your life takes a hike – the peeps that don’t respect you fade away or change their tune as quick as you can say ‘delicious!’ All you have to do, honey child, is change what you say to yourself. Speak sweet-nothings to yourself and give yourself the love you need. Validate yourself and don’t wait for others to do it for you. Trust me, I know from experience. I don’t need permission, approval or validation from others because I give myself the reassurance and love I need to flourish. It’s wonderfully liberating, incredibly powerful and supremely delicious. What happens when you give yourself this gift is that you free yourself from being dependent on the approval of others. Of course, it’s nice to receive praise, but the problem arises when you depend on it as your only source of appreciation. When you depend on it, you run the risk of becoming needy, and that results in unhealthy and disempowering behaviors. Better to think of outer praise as icing on the cake and inner praise is the necessity. This way you get the whole cake, baby!

So to commence with your deliciousness manifestation, start by validating yourself, and start now! Times ticking… live connected to your inner power and own it baby! Initially, it may feel awkward because hearing and listening to your inner champion is a totally new experience. But trust me, just like driving a new car, you’ll get the hang of it. As you steer your way towards self-love, the smoother and more pleasurable your ride will become.

To begin the deliciousness manifestation, chant this mantra at least ten times a day! Post it on a wall, in the kitchen and or at your desk. Just anywhere and everywhere that you will see it, and repeat it like your new personal mantra.

I love and approve of myself completely. I AM divine, deserving and delicious!

Yowza, yes you are babe! Own it! Speak it, walk it!

I live a delicious life because I don’t need permission or validation from anyone to follow my heart or pursue my passion. If I waited for the praise so many of us desire, I’d probably be six feet under! HA HA!!! That is why I tell myself ‘I’m fabulous.’ I am. And so are you! It’s not about being in full blown ego, it’s about how we value ourselves. It’s about honoring, loving and celebrating yourself. It’s about seeing and believing in your gifts… not discounting them. It’s about trusting in your visions and implementing them with passion and finesse, girl!

The truth is we are all born for greatness. What keeps our inner genius trapped is our feelings of being less than. That’s a lie. If you want to live in truth, live your awesomeness with courage, clarity and gratitude. I spent years diminishing myself or longing for the approval of others, but that kept me in a weak, needy state disconnected from my inherent inner power. What I’ve learned is …the more loving, kind, forgiving and powerful thoughts you have about yourself, the more health, beauty, energy, pleasure and happiness you will have! Fabulous. True. Rockin’! You’re divine and don’t you ever forget it!

Remember if you want to change your life, you have to change your thoughts and you have to be conscious of what you say to yourself, so that you can get your new energy purring along. If you aren’t completely getting what you want in life, or you’re feeling a bit down and out, it’s a wonderful sign that you need to change your thinking and your perception of what’s going down in your life and what you deserve. No need to freak out, babe. Just get busy with chanting your mantra and ask yourself what you really want, and then go about focusing your attention purely on your desire. Ok so here you go, let’s answer that question right now. What do you really want?

Once you’re really clear about your desires, then you must follow up with the goods, and move into pure action baby. The best way to create what you want is to create it. But first off, you must get your gorgeous brain thinking purely delicious thoughts! As soon as you do, divine synchronicity, healing and attraction jump into play, and miracle manifestations flow. Woo hoo! Bring it on!

The body is magnificent and deserves praise rather than abuse. You only have one body so honor it and be grateful for the body you have, regardless of shape or size.

Your body houses your soul, so it’s important to appreciate how powerful your body is and give thanks for all that it does. So you don’t look like a supermodel. Who cares! And if you do care then let that expectation go. The truth is less than 1 % of women look that and in order to obtain the beauty in magazines hours of makeup, hair, lighting and least we not forget, airbrushing has been executed to create this so called “natural beauty”.

So back to gratitude, give thanks for what you do have. It is one of the most powerful and transformational things you can do for yourself. Notice your legs that walk, eyes that see and a powerful mind that creates!

You’re a divine woman as you are now so start with celebrating YOU. If you can give your body some love by having a lovely warm bath, a nourishing meal or chant some loving affirmations full of gratitude, you will start to feel better. Try it you have nothing to lose! Ok, so start by looking into the mirror and say this out loud or silently to yourself,

“ BODY you rock and I love you. Sorry for being such a ball breaker but you are lovely!”

So why is anger harmful to our bodies?

When we are angry with our bodies we are creating an energetic inner battle that depletes our life force. Once we can love ourselves as we are, things gradually start to blossom and flow, both physically and in all other areas of your life. Express gratitude and enter into a new groove. Choose something new about yourself daily to acknowledge and appreciate about yourself. Expand from your physical body and look at your whole body; which includes your relationships, spirituality, career, creativity and passions.

A few more mantra’s to repeat when driving, cooking, before bed or out for a walk:

“ I am divine and sacred just as I am.”
“ I give thanks to my body and I appreciate all that it does for me.”
“ I am lucky to live in this amazing body!”
