Woo Hoo! I’m naked for the world to see! I would have gone the ‘FULL MONTY’ but my husband freaked so perhaps I’ll give him a little more time to get settled into marriage with Miss Bodylove, Ingrid Arna before I go 100% starkers! I decided to post this pic to celebrate Bodylove and my wedding, my birthday and my body baby! Because I have nothing to hide and neither do you. This is not about getting approval from anyone but rather a personal form of self expression, being real and just saying what the heck, who cares. I can tell you my body ain’t perfect but that doesn’t mean that I’m not deserving and lovable. We all are deserving of much love despite what we look like! It’s such a waste of a precious life when so many women are in such pain over not being ‘perfect’ perpetuating incredible anguish that they never really experience the beauty of life. Is that YOU? If so you can change it quickly! Healing doesn’t have to be hard or painful. It can be beautiful and expansive leading you to create a whole divine relationship with yourself and others.

Many of my clients believe that they need to fit that narrow beauty ideal. The image is repeatedly projected at us and it’s makes us miserable, neurotic, exhausted and sick. But we have a choice! Do you want to buy into it or do you say enough to the bogus depiction of what beauty really is? If you want to end the pain then it’s time to lay your sword down allowing you to stop the self bullying that is shaping your life. If everything is energy then what are kind of energy do you think you flood your body and life with when you utter such nasty things to yourself? It ruins relationships, businesses and has an affect on the body that you might not be aware of. It’s like feeding yourself poison everyday and then expecting to feel and look great! It’s never gonna work! Your on the wrong medicine girl. Why don’t you try the drug of LOVE and ditch the delusion? I mean really think about it. Do you really think self abuse was every going to make your body look great for longer than a short period of time? Starving your body how long does that work for you and how does it make you feel? If you’re in pain no diet or eating plan is nourishing. The foods that I eat on the Bodylove Diet send love to my body and soul. Once you enter into a loving relationship with your soul your body will correct itself my losing weight, blossoming, de-aging and yes REALLY TRANSFORMING TO REFLECT YOUR DIVINE SOUL!

For one day, I challenge you to choose love over self bashing. Notice your thoughts and emotions and come home to LOVE by releasing what is not LOVE. Just commit to yourself for one day and see how you feel after a 24 hour self love fest. All you have to do is banish any negative thoughts by saying - I LOVE AND APPROVE OF MYSELF and move forward with your day. You can say it aloud or silently but totally commit to the process. Journaling about your experience would be great allowing you to express yourself and to reflect on your journey down the road. I’m sure a lot of ah-hah moments will arise! You don’t want to forget what they were so write them down for safe keeping and if you feel comfortable please share them with us!

Your Bodylove Question

I asked a question this week and it was – Do you BELIEVE in your soul and in your body that you can be beautiful, lovable, abundant with a life full of happiness, pleasure and LOVE without being ‘perfect’ and rather just being and embracing yourself as you are right now? Don’t over think it. If you hesitate the answer is most likely ‘No’. You might believe in it intellectually but subconsciously you might have doubts! Have no fear INGI is here! The truth is you CAN! Sit with this and see what emotions come up and let me know if you want some help clearing them. As soon as we become aware of our beliefs we can re make them and reclaim a new life and a new body to match.

Focus on Loving Your Spirit and Your Body Will Heal

So many books and magazines have started to talk about loving your body but the solutions and advice is sometimes quite challenging to absorb. My new book will take a very different approach but in a nutshell here’s how I work – in order to heal the body you must heal your emotions. So stop focusing on your body, what you look like, calories and what you weigh. Start focusing on how you’re nourishing yourself and that begins with beginning a new romance with your spirit and your inner being. That part of you has no physical identity. I believe that you’ll find it easier to LOVE that part of you without being so harsh and as soon as you love your spirit, your energy and your relationship to yourself will transform in miraculous ways.

So once again, forget about focusing on your body. Start to trust yourself and life and allow your body the time to heal.

Take A Chill Pill & A Big Dose Of LOVE

Many of my clients are in such a state of panic and overwhelm that losing weight and healing the body is almost impossible. So take a chill pill if you want to heal, look and feel fabulous darling! Cause stress will only make you more stressed and the more you get your knickers in the knot, the more your body will store fat of your tush! YIKES!

Most women don’t trust their bodies believing that it has to be hard to live and feel fabulous. In fact, that could not be further from the truth. We’ve been brainwashed and I used to be in total control mode with my body but in the end that fails big time every time!

You can start your one day BODYLOVE CHALLENGE with this affirmation. Say it over and over again until it becomes your daily chant. Perhaps post it in your office or in your wallet or text it to yourself and voice it loud and clear.

I trust my body. My body has great healing powers and with each breathe I take I am transforming and releasing what I don’t need with ease and grace. Thank you!

Hi everyone! Here is the BODYLOVE BEAUTY BALL recipe  that I made with Megan Castran (Jewel Chic Page) for chocolate goodness that cultivates healthy, sexy, sassy and happy living.

Did you know that raw cocoa offers the highest anti-oxidant in the world 30 times higher than red wine,15 times higher than blue berries, 20 times than green tea. This is like a mineral supplement with therapeutic grades of cooper, magnesium and chromium and iron and zinc some of the most deficient minerals in the world. So with one ball you can diminish cravings, boost your immune system, relax, start to lose weight, love your body and feel happiness and beauty in every cell of your gorgeous being! Enjoy!


Bodylove Beauty Chocolate Recipe:

1 cup raw cocoa powder
3 cups of natural protein powder
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 cup of coconut milk – not too much, add in as you go to make sure you don’t put too much in!

1 cup shredded organic coconut
½ cup goji berries add more minerals and a chewy texture
½ cup pepitas / pumpkin seeds for a nutty taste
Stevia to taste

Mix in bowl and then roll into small little chocolate balls of goodness. To make sure the balls don’t stick rub a little coconut oil on the alfoil before placing on the plate. Store in fridge or freezer depending on the firmness you prefer. Feel free to leave out the goji berries and pepitas. Experiment to suit your taste preferences.

When eating, to add to the beauty experience, make sure to see beauty filling your body as you eat the chocolate balls. For added bliss repeat this mantra – “I’m a beautiful, radiant and healthy!”. As we connected to feel it we become it, aligning with the truth that you are divine and beautiful in this moment right now. And your literally eating for beauty at the same time so this is a mega law of attraction and manifestation tool in full mojo force!

Then see beauty (pink light or your favorite color) fill every cell in your body! Notice each cell from head to toe beaming with pink light and come home to your divine magnificence.Doesn’t it feel good!
